1. The subject of the contract are construction and installation works involving the "construction and equipment of a new hospital pharmacy building" at the Specialist Hospital Ludwik Rydygier in Krakow sp.z o.o ..
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract includes this specification, in particular:
a) projectMulti-branch Annex 1A to the NIN. Specifications,
b) List of technical and grain-granular parameters regarding the automatic drug distribution system (Unit Dose) constituting Annex 1B to NIN. Specifications,
c) List of technical and utility and granular parameters regardingprovided medical equipment constituting Annex 1C to the NIN. Specifications,
d) Integration requirements constituting the Salary No. 1D to the specification,
e) draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the specification.May 2026 (the date of the date is due to the need to complete and settle the project).
VIII. Conditions for participation in the procedure and the manner of assessing the fulfillment of these conditions
