Description:
The subject of the contract is to design and build a technical facilities for the railway rolling stock at Oświęcim with technical infrastructure and land development for the ground property of the Municipality of Oświęcim, located at ul. Liberation in Oświęcim Brzezinka precinctincluding plots No. 2484, 2498, 2500 and part of the plot 1066/9, 2460, 2572/9, with a total area of 15881 m2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is a functional and utility program constituting Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract and the proposed provisions of the contract constitutingAnnex 4 to the specification of the terms of the contract. Technological equipment according to PFU. The order will be considered to be completed at the time of receipt of the use permit. The contractor must secure the facilities of the construction and delivery of the media on his own. The media will be settled onon the basis of the sub -members (assembly by the Contractor). Possible costs for seizing the road lane are charged to the contractor, as well as on the side of the contractor there are preparatory works covering the fence of the construction site for scaffolding and facilities of construction works. The contractor is obliged to obtain alone(based on the authorization issued by the Employer) all permits, such as the occupation of the road lane/pavement. The scaffolding should be made in a way that ensures the safety of people and property (e.g. roofing from formwork/grid et al.).
