I.
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the investment task entitled: Construction and expansion of poviat road No. 2294L of Gałęzow - Kowersk - Zakrzowek.
2. The scope of construction of poviat road No. 2294 L covers only robots located in mileage from km 4+523.65 to km 4+752.92and from km 5+400.00 to km 6+694.10 resulting from project documentation.
3. The scope of expansion of poviat road No. 2294 l includes: preparatory works, execution of demolition works, execution of excavations, embankments, troughs for structural layers of the surface, construction/reconstruction of culverts under the crownroads, construction of foundations from aggregates, construction of asphalt surfaces and pavements made of concrete cubes, curbs and edges, stop platforms, conventions with culverts, dehydration of the road, making fortifications of the slopes and bottoms of ditches, making road safety elements, road safetyFinishing and cleaning works, transfer of the chapel from plot No. 592/3 in km 0+400 left side, to plot No. 582/1 in place indicated on the land use plan.
4. The detailed scope of work was indicated in the design documentation constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
