Description:
The subject of the order is the choice of a private partner for the implementation of the investment project entitled Construction and maintenance of municipal roads in the Miasto Marki commune ("undertaking"). As part of the project, a private partner will be obliged to expand municipal roads with infrastructureAccompanying, and then to maintain roads in the right technical condition at the operational stage. The project will be implemented on the basis of a public-private partnership agreement within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 19 December 2008 on public-private partnership (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023.item 1637, as amended) in an unlimited tender specified in art. 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) ("PZP Act").
