Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works involving the construction and modernization of the SN and NN networks in Bialystok - os. Pietrasza in the area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok branch.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 and 1.1. to SWZ.
3. The contracting authority requires fordifficulty based on an employment contract by a contractor or subcontractor performing during the implementation of the order the activities specified in Annex 2 to SWZ. The method of verification of employment of these persons and the contracting authority's rights in the scope of controlling the contractor's fulfillment of related requirementswith employment of these persons and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements, they contain the proposed provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
