- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the construction and reconstruction of a sewage treatment plant in the town of Kamieniec, Kamieniec commune, Grodzisk district, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in the area of plots no. 148/10 and 148/12. The basic assumption for the construction and reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant in Kamiec is:increasing its throughput and ensuring the treatment of sewage flowing into the treatment plant through the sewage system and delivered by slurry tankers. The planned capacity of the treatment plant will be Qrd = 500 [m3/d]. The number of equivalent inhabitants that the sewage treatment plant will serve is: Size of the facility in RLM = 260 kgBOD5/d: 0.06 kg/MR x day = 4333 PE average daily quantity of sewage = 500.0 m3/day The Ordering Party requires that the quality parameters of the purified sewage discharged from the sewage treatment plant to the receiver are in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy and Shipping rdldowa of July 12, 2019 regardingfresh substances particularly harmful to the aquatic environment and the conditions that must be met when introducing wastewater into water or into the ground, as well as when discharging rainwater or meltwater into waters or water facilities (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1311), i.e. .do not exceed...
