• Subject of the inquiry: "Construction and reconstruction of the technical infrastructure of a concrete production plant in Gdynia", while maintaining the required standards of safety, environmental protection and quality of the service provided, in accordance with the regulations in force in the Republic of Poland law and the investor's general terms and conditions. The bill of quantities broken down into individual scopes is included in Annex No. 1. Details and technical solutions in accordance with the construction design and the operation and maintenance manual for machines and devices. The Ordering Party reserves: The need to divide the offer into individual scope of works, in accordance with Annex No. 1 - Bill of Quantities. Before submitting the offer, a site visit to the plant is carried out in order to determine the implementation details related to the re-profiling of the surface from item 12 Bill of Quantities. Planned start date works from September 1, 2026. The deadline for completing the works is November 30, 2026. The deadline for completing the works under item 1-9 of the bill of quantities by October 15, 2026. Execution of at least 3 (three) orders in the last 60 months similar to that presented in the inquiry, e.g. construction of a rainwater drainage system, construction of concrete surfaces, etc.. No accidents involving employees or employed subcontractors in the last 12 months. Selection of the offer according to the following criteria: price - 70% proposed date of completion of the works - 20% contractor's experience - 10% The Ordering Party allows: Possibility of collection and partial invoicing in monthly settlements.
