Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works related to the implementation of the task titled: Construction of Bajkowa Street in Chojnice, stage I. 2. NOTE: The design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works cover a wider scope of work than the one which is the subject of these proceedings. The order in question covers a separate scope of construction works to be carried out as part of the task. The scope of construction works to be carried out under this order included in the detailed design titled STAGE 1 S1: 0+000 - 0+150 (included in Annex No. 8 to SWZ Design Documentation).3. The road construction will be carried out based on the decision to authorize the implementation of a road investment under the Act of 10 April 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (hereinafter referred to as the ZRID Act), decision of the Starosta of Chojnice County of September 24, 2025, reference number AB.670.7.2025.4.
