The subject of the contract is the expansion of voivodship road No. 964 in the existing mileage over a section of 19.07 m (episode 331 km 2+294.98 - km 2+314.05) and construction of voivodship road No. 964 in a new course on a section with a length of approx. 1,521 m (episode 331 km 2+314.05 - episode 347 km 1+336.87))as part of the implementation of the Niepołomice beltway. The contract includes the execution of construction works related to the construction and expansion of the technical class of G together with the construction and reconstruction of the necessary technical infrastructure based on the project documentation provided by the Employer,taking into account the requirements arising from the decision obtained for the investment on environmental conditions (DUŚ), ZRID decisions and other decisions, opinions, conditions and arrangements.Investment with an international road network) - stage 2: Construction of the Niepołomic beltway
