Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a task in the "design" formula
and build", including the preparation of complete design documentation for the construction of a bicycle path along with the necessary complementary infrastructure, on the basis of which it will be possible to implement the investment both in terms of formal, legal and technical, and execution of works in accordance with this project.
2. The scope of the order includes in particular the preparation of design documentation together with obtaining a ZRID decision for and on behalf of the Ordering Party and the construction of a bicycle path with the necessary infrastructure supplementary on the Blizanow Drugi-Godziątkow section.
3. The order is implemented as part of the project "Cyclists-friendly Kalisz County - Construction of bicycle paths", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Greater Poland Program 2021-2027.
4. The detailed scope of the order is specified in: Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (functional and utility program) and Annex No. 9 (essential provisions of the contract).
