Description:
Description of the subject of the order: a) The subject of the order is construction work consisting in the construction of a bicycle path on the section of ul. Walerego Sławek from the intersection with ul. Kamieński in Krakow. b) The Ordering Party described the Subject of the order using the following means attachments: - Draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, - Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB) constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, - Design documentation constituting Annex No. 7 to SWZ, - Bills of quantities constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. c) Details regarding item 63 of the road bill of quantities: Temporary organization of road traffic can be found in SWZ Part. 1 point 1 point c). d) Details regarding item No. 64 of the bill of quantities Mon. The bicycle traffic counter can be found in SWZ Part. 1 point 1 point d). e) The Ordering Party informs that the Subject of the contract is co-financed from EU funds under: The project entitled "Construction of a bicycle path on the section of ul. Walerego Sławka from the intersection with ul. Kamieńskiego to the intersection with ul. Puszkarska” co-financed by EU funds under the Operational Program European Funds for Małopolska for 2021-2027. f) Required warranty period: The minimum warranty period is 36 months. Maximum period warranty is 60 months. Offers containing a warranty period of less than 36 months will be rejected. g) If the manufacturer's name, trademarks, ... appear in any attachment to the SWZ.
