A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an investment task related to the construction of a bicycle path, in the Municipality of Stare Babice, for the implementation of which the ordering party has Decision No 195/2021 allowing the implementation of a road investment consisting in the expansion of the municipal road No. 410830W - ul. Green in the old Babice on the section from ul. Dzihulanka to Journal of Ew. 119 in the field of construction of a foot-cycling path as part of the investment entitled: Construction of bicycle paths in the Municipality of Stare Babice - task 2b (hereinafter the decision Zrid ")., 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) construction of a path on foot -Rower with a length of about 100 matto of bituminous surface;, 2) construction of conjugors with bituminous pavement and aggregate;, 3) construction of a pavement fragment from concrete cube;, 4) execution of a constant movement organization;, 5) construction of a technological channel with reinforced concrete cable wells ;, 6) Delivery and assembly under Mor (cyclists' place) repair stations and small architecture elements; CPV Descriptions: Construction works in the field of bicycle paths, painting of the beater
