Description of the subject of the contract:
a) the subject of the contract is a construction work involving the construction of a bicycle road on the north side of ul. Brożka in Krakow.
B) The contracting authority described the subject of the contract using the following attachments:
- planned provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting an attachmentNo. 2 to SWZ,
- Technical Specifications of the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWIORB) constituting Annex 6 to SWZ,
- Project documentation constituting Annex 7 to SWZ,
- Preparatory of works constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ.The bicycle traffic counter is located in SWZ. 1 point 1 item c).
D) The contracting authority informs that it is applying for co -financing the subject of the contract from EU funds under: Project entitled Construction of a road for bicycles on the north side of ul. Brożka in Krakow co -financed from EU funds under the programOperational European funds for Lesser Poland for 2021-2027. The maximum warranty period is 60 months. Offers containing the warranty period shorter than 36 months will be rejected.
