Description of the subject of the contract:
Brożka in Krakow.
b) The contracting authority described the subject of the contract using the following attachments:
- planned provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting an attachment No. 2 to SWZ,
- technical specifications of construction and acceptance of construction works (STWIORB) constituting Annex 6 to SWZ,
- project documentation constituting Annex 7 to SWZ,
- bill of quantities constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
c) Annex 16 Additional information to the tender.
d) The Employer informs that he is applying for co -financing the subject of the contract from EU funds under: Project entitled Construction of a road for bicycles on the north side of ul. Brożka in Krakow co-financed from EU funds under the European Funds Operational Program for Lesser Poland for 2021-2027.
e) Required warranty period:
The maximum warranty period is 60 months. Offers containing the warranty period shorter than 36 months will be rejected.
f) in the event of an attachment to the SWZ manufacturer's names, trademarks, standards, Approval, technical specifications and reference systems can be replaced by equivalent.
