1. The subject of the order is the construction of a building along with land development, a specialist purchase medical equipment and non -medical equipment for the purposes of providing health care services in the field of long -term care, in particular for the elderly and disabled by SPZOZ in Mława.
2. The order is carried out as part of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increase Re immorement, Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the healthcare system", Measure 7.8 D4.1.1. Development of long -term care through the modernization of the infrastructure of medical entities at the poviat level. Independent Public Health Care Center in Mława submits an application for a project support entitled "Construction of a building with land development, the purchase of specialized medical equipment and non -medical equipment for the needs of providing long -term care health services, in particular for the elderly and disabled by SPZOZ in Mława").
3. The detailed OPZ is in Annex 2 - Functional and Utility Program (PFU), Annex 2A - concept of building a pavilion, Annex 2B to SWZ - equipment list, Annex 2B - description of the required quality parameters of the most important medical equipment.
