• Description:
• 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the undertaking by the contractor entitled Construction of the building of the Museum of the Lubomirski Dukes in Wrocław to the extent required to obtain a permit for use together with the construction of connections and reconstruction of the network collision, based on project documentation, including in particular.
  1) construction works along with the construction of connections and reconstruction of the network collision,
  2) gastronomy technology,
  3) service activities for completed works, built -in materials and devices and performing care treatments during the warranty period,
  4) all necessary documentation, In this as -built documentation and BIM model, and obtaining decisions, permits, arrangements and approvals arising from the provisions of the contract.
  No. 10 SWZ, identical from No. 1 to the contract template and is available at the address indicated in these attachments.
  3. The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 131 para. 2 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law, provides for the possibility of contractors to conduct a local vision at the place of performance of the contract. The costs of making a local vision are borne by the contractor. The local vision will be available on August 27-30, 2024 or 2-5 September 2024 r., from 9:00 to 15:00. At the same time, in accordance with art. 131 para. 2 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority does not require a local vision or checking by the Contractor with documents necessary to perform the contract available on site at the Ordering Party.
