Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of a construction project entitled: "Construction of a bus depot at Beethovena Street in Wałbrzych, taking into account activities aimed at restoring biodiversity" in the mode "design and build".
1.1. Under the subject of the contract, it should be:
1) comprehensive,Full -time design documentation provided with author's supervision and obtain administrative decisions necessary to implement on its basis, including a building permit. The documentation should contain in particular:
a) situational and severity geodetic maps for design purposes,
b)Detailed inventory of the area covered by the study,
c) a multi -branch construction project, made in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 September 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679, as amended), i.e.land development (PZT), architectural and construction design (PAB) and technical design (PT),
d) All arrangements required by law, opinions, necessary technical conditions, approval, permission and deviations,
e) agreement by appraisers if required for:fire, sanitary and hygienic and health and safety,
f) projects of demolition of objects intended for demolition and conflicting with design solutions,
g) multi-branch executive projects,
