Description:
1. The subject of the order is construction work, within the meaning of Art. 7 point 21 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the construction of two bus bays together with the construction of platforms and the reconstruction of the pedestrian and bicycle route on Twardzickiego Street (on the northern and southern sides) near the intersection with Botucia Street in Bydgoszcz.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the scope and terms of execution of the order are described in the draft provisions of the Agreement with annexes, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, including: 1) description of the subject of the order with annexes and documentation for reporting the works along with technical conditions and arrangements, and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (SST), constituting Annex No. 2 to the draft provisions of the Agreement, as well as in the template of the offer form, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in the template of the offer cost estimate for the basic order, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, and in template of the offer estimate for the order covered by the option constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
