MESKO S.A. in the scope of reconstruction of the power supply of the R-18 facility (1090-0045) at MESKO S.A., ul. order will be granted in accordance with the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed information can be found in the annexes to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit your offer with attachments submitted in the form of document scans, preferably in the form of one PDF file. Before participating in the on-site visit, the Tenderer is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 4). The signed scan of the agreement should be placed on the purchasing platform, and 2 original copies signed in person the contracts should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party. The Company's purchasing platform is adopted as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Offeror. The offer, all correspondence, statements, applications, notices and other information are sent by the Ordering Party and the Offeror via the Company's purchasing platform.
