Description:
1. The idea of the investment intention is to build and make available an object adapted to the provision of care and medicinal services (including stationary and 24 -hour}, restoring physical and mental fitness, allowing for independent functioning at home, for patientsrequiring long -term and chronic treatment, not requiring hospitalization. The facility is to ensure the conditions for decent treatment of people with low independence by creating rooms for 21 beds of long -term care.
2. The subject of the contract is the performance of works and activitiesactual and legal, specified in the contract and investment documents, ensuring the correct implementation of the building of the Care and Healing Institute (hereinafter ZOL) at SPZOZ in Węgrow at ul. Kościuszki 201, on the plot marked in the land register No. 2216, as well as obtaining a final permitfor the use of the object and providing the above document to the Ordering Party.
3. Design of the subject of the contract, i.e. the construction of the ZOL facility is design documentation and studies describing the requirements, conditions, scope of work and activities of the contractor. The documentation obtained appropriate arrangements and permission toexecution of construction works.
4. The concise scope and description of the subject of the contract are determined by the number of works constituting Annex 2 to SWZ as well as technical documentation constituting Annex 11 to SWZ.For...
