Description:
1. The subject of this procedure is the design and implementation of a central deposit warehouse for the needs of the National Tax Administration units together with the accompanying infrastructure in Charbice Gorne in the formula "Design and build" in accordance with the functional and utility program (PFU) constituting Annex 1 to SWZ. The deposit warehouse will consist of six modules about 11,000 m2 each.
The investment covers:
1) Development of plot No. 100806_5.0007.AR_1.225/3,
2) construction of a warehouse building with a social part,
3) construction of a building Porterry,
4) construction of a fire pumping station building,
5) incassive car weight with the foundation,
6) connection and external water supply installation for domestic and fire purposes,
7) connection and external gas installation,
8) external sanitary sewage system installation (including underground drainage liquid waste tanks),
9) telecommunications connection,
10) energy connection,
11) external installation of rainwater sewage system (including a retention and resonant reservoir),
12) external power installation,
13) external teletechnical and telecommunications installation,
14) hardening area:
wheeled communication (passenger cars and trucks) and pedestrian,
