- Construction of a central object data warehouse. 1. Name of the order: Construction of a central object data warehouse. 2. The subject of the order* is: 2.1. Purchase and delivery of Products by the Contractor to the Ordering Party's Location, granting a license for use of the Products, including the software managing a given Product, providing detailed license conditions for the use of the Products, including the software managing a given Product, along with documents issued by the Manufacturer Software confirming the granting of a license to use the Products, including the software managing a given Product and the provision of installation and implementation services; 2.2. Preparation of Post-Implementation Documentation by the Contractor together with transfer of proprietary rights and derivative rights to the Post-Implementation Documentation; 2.3. Conducting training workshops for 3 employees of the Ordering Party by the Contractor; 2.4.Provision of maintenance services for the Products by the Contractor, delivered, installed, launched and configured by the Contractor; 2.5. The Contractor provides the Ordering Party with a quality guarantee for the Products. 3.
