Description:
The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the investment titled: Construction of a Civil Defense warehouse building together with the necessary technical infrastructure and land development, and includes, among others: construction of a warehouse building with equipment; execution internal power line; execution of electrical installation; construction of a photovoltaic installation with energy storage; installation of electric heating; construction of an electric vehicle charging installation; execution of fire protection installations; execution CCTV monitoring; executing a rush; execution of external water and sewage installation; construction of internal water and sewage network; construction of a water supply connection; construction of a sanitary sewage system; implementation of land development. The Contractor's obligations include: a) providing the Ordering Party with an as-built geodetic inventory; b) immediately informing the Ordering Party in the event of archaeological discoveries; c) taking over the work area from the Ordering Party; d) securing and fencing the work area; e) locating and preparing construction site facilities according to your needs and at your own expense; f) providing a Safety and Health Protection Plan...
