Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of an open shell from the "zero" level (without internal installations). The scope of the task includes: 1) construction of external, internal and gable walls, 2) construction of chimneys, 3) installation of window and door lintels, 4) execution of reinforced concrete elements and candles, 5) delivery and installation of prefabricated visors. The subject of the order must be carried out in accordance with the architectural and construction design, technical design and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works. The ordering party provides the bill of quantities, which is an auxiliary document and does not constitute the basis for the valuation. It excludes itself possible claims by the Contractor for incorrect price calculation or omission of elements necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract. The contractor should familiarize himself with all the requirements specified in the design documentation and obtain any information that may be useful in preparing offers. Requirements: The Contractor will provide a warranty for the works covered by the task for a minimum period of 36 months (maximum 60 months) from the date of the final works acceptance report.
