Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works using the Contractor's materials, consisting in the construction of the Cognitarium Knowledge Center of the Koszalin University of Technology, plot no. 19/12, 19/8 and 1 precinct 18 at ul. Śniadeckich in Koszalin - Stage II, including the construction of: a building with building equipmentconstruction works, technical infrastructure, technical and operational equipment, along with the necessary systems and licenses, terrain and plantings, carrying out construction in the digital facility information (BIM) standard, obtaining a permit to use the facility with the possibility ofpartial acceptance for the use of separate parts of the facility before the completion of all construction works, technical support in the use of the facility along with the creation of a BIM model at an operational level of detail within the scope specified in the SWZ, description of the subject of the order (Appendixk no. 2, 2a, 2b to the SWZ), the content of the contract, design documentation prepared by OVO Grąbczewscy ARCHITEKCI Oskar Grąbczewski Katowice constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
2. Construction works will be carried out on the basis of the building permit decision (Appendix No. 13 to SWZ), issued by the Presidentta of the City of Koszalin No. 252/2022 of November 29

3. The Contractor provides the Ordering Party with a warranty for the subject of the contract, the periods of which are:
1) for construction works, 60 months, counting from the date of obtaining the permit to use the subject of the contract, and in the case of obtaining a partial permit...
