Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of design, construction and as-built documentation as well as the construction of a sidewalk building with accompanying infrastructure at ul. Rybicki in Skierniewice for the National Research Institute of Horticulture. 2. The scope of work includes: - construction of a sidewalk building - construction of hardening the area communication system - construction of an internal water supply line - construction of an internal sanitary sewage supply line - construction of an internal energy supply line 3. The material scope of the order, hereinafter referred to as the Subject of the Agreement, includes in particular: 1) stage I - preparation of documentation design of all industries for the implementation of the scope of works in accordance with FFU, Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, i.e.: a) development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works; b) preparation of BIOZ information; c) preparation of bill of quantities and cost estimates; d) preparation of necessary notifications, obtaining required opinions, conditions and consents that will allow the implementation of the investment intention in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations, e) providing the Ordering Party with the prepared documentation along with the required documents that are necessary to start work construction...
