Construction of the Four Complex multi -family residential buildings with underground garages, services, reconstruction of the water supply and energy network, technical infrastructure and land development at ul. Dworska and Wiertnicza in Gliwice.
2.) The investment will be carried out on plots No. 1083, 610/2, 1073/2, 1184, 617, Kłodnica precinct at ul. Dworska/Wiertnicza in Gliwice owned by the Ordering Party.
3.) The investment will be implemented on the basis of a final decision No.: AB-22/2025 of January 15, 2025.
4.) Selection of all devices, e.g. solar panels, energy warehouses, heat pumps, etc. It should be determined absolutely with the contracting authority.
