- 1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a multi-family residential building with technical infrastructure and parking lots, entrances and exits as well as utility connections (including those outside the boundaries of the investment plot), plot registration numbers - 12/1, 6/2 - rev. 029 and 49/4 rev. 028, ul. Bazyliowa/ul. Tymiankowa, 62 - 800 Kalisz - stage I in accordance with the attached design documentation and the scope specified in the PZT technical documentation as stage I, together with the technical and accompanying infrastructure necessary for the functioning of the building.
In case the attached documentation does not refer to stage I, implementation assumptions should be adopted for the building marked in the documentation in question as building no. 1.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of order execution are determined by:
a) building permit number 184/23 and a replacement permit for construction number 584/24 along with design documentation - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ
b) replacement design regarding the heating and cooling installation with drilling holes for ground heat exchangers - Annex No. 4a to SWZ
c) additional guidelines of the Ordering Party not included in the design documentation - Annex No. 4b to SWZ
d) draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ
e) finishing standard determined by the Ordering Party constituting an annex to the Agreement (Annex No. 5 - Designed provisions of the Agreement),
