- 1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a Contractor for the construction of compressed air pipeline installations used to power laboratory and sterilization devices in research and teaching building A of the University. Jagielloskiego Collegium Medicum located at ul. Medyczna 7A in Kraków along with accompanying works.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds which the Ordering Party intends to use it to finance all or part of the order, were not awarded to him.1.2 The subject of the order was described in detail in Annex A to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order, technical documentation, i.e. technical specifications of the execution and acceptance of construction works (hereinafter abbreviated as STWiORB) and the bill of quantities, which are an integral part of SWZ.1.3. The Ordering Party emphasizes that the attached bill of quantities is only indicative and auxiliary, and the basis for preparing the offer and its valuation is the documentation technical and STWiORB - y.
