- The subject of the contract is the construction of a new section of voivodship road No. 969 (class G) between poviat road No. 1583K and national road No. 87 located in the communes of Chełmiec and Podegrodzie and the city of Nowy Sącz together with the construction of a bridge facility at the Rz. Dunajec and the expansion of the road section National No. 87 in the city of Nowy Sącz.

The subject of the contract is the construction of a new one episode Provincial Road No. 969 (class G) between poviat road No. 1583K and national road No. 87 located in the communes of Chełmiec and Podegrodzie and the city of Nowy Sącz together with the construction of a bridge facility at the river Dunajec and the expansion of the section of national road No. 87 in the city of Nowy Sącz.
Order It includes the execution of construction works related to the construction, extension and reconstruction of roads, construction of bridges, viaduct and water equipment as well as the reconstruction of the necessary technical infrastructure based on the project documentation provided by the Employer, taking into account the requirements of the requirements arising from Decisions obtained for investments on environmental conditions (DUŚ), ZRID decisions and other decisions, opinions, conditions and arrangements.
