Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is construction work: Construction of the Lenictwa Dobromierz office. The scope of the order includes: performance of construction works and obtaining an occupancy permit for the constructed facility, to the extent it will be required by law.The scope of the subject of the order includes the performance of the above-mentioned works: a) Organizing the construction site at my own expense and carrying out the works in accordance with occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations. b) Providing materials and devices necessary to perform the subject of the contract, having valid approvals and certificates enablingand their use. Transport of materials to the construction site and delivery and operation of machines and equipment at my own expense.c) Carrying out all construction works in all industries.d) Organizing and carrying out the necessary tests and acceptances, as well as completing documentation covering the scope of works covered bysubject of the tender.e) Participation in acceptance activities and providing the necessary equipment and employees to perform works related to the acceptance of works.f) Tidying up the construction site after the completion of the works and handing it over to the Ordering Party no later than the date of final acceptance.
