Description:
1. The subject of the contract are construction works within the meaning of Art. 7 point 21 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in reconstruction within the meaning of Art. 3 points 7a and construction within the meaning of Art. 6 of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law. The order covers the implementation of the investment titled: "Construction of a double-track tram track along the street Solskiego from the Kujawski roundabout to the Bielicka loop along with the Bielicka loop.
2. The task is divided into two stages:
1) Stage I - section from Rondo Kujawski to ul. Bielicka together with the tram terminus (from the beginning of the development to the location at km 1+250 (track A)).
2) Stage II section from the loop tram on ul. Bielecka until the end of the scope of the study (from the location at km 1+250 (track A), to the End of the Study).
3. The subject of the order will be implemented jointly by the Municipal Roads and Public Transport Authority in Bydgoszcz and Miejskie Wodociągi i Komunikacja Społka z o.o. in Bydgoszcz. Pursuant to Article 38(2) of the Public Procurement Law and the Agreement concluded on July 18, 2025 between MWiK and ZDMiKP, the Ordering Party authorized to conduct the procedure and award the order on behalf of and for the benefit of the jointly acting Ordering Parties is ZDMiKP.
4. Detailed description of the subject of the order i the terms of execution of the order have been concluded
in the draft provisions of the agreement with annexes, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, including:
