A brief description of the subject of the order: the subject of the order is the execution at the entrance to the building of the Poviat Starosty in Lubań located on Mickiewicza 2, 59-800 Lubań Sign for Disabled., Detailed description of the subject of the order is in a construction project and a printout constituting Annexes No. 1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4 to the SWZ. The contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and the provisions of the Construction Law and Rules of Law, and in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on Technical Conditions, which should be met by buildings and their location (ie Dz. U . from 2019, item 1065). The Ordering Party does not provide access to power and water., Paving stones recovered after the demolition of the current driveway is the property of the Employer. It should be dismantled and submitted in the place indicated by the Ordering Party., The subject of the order is the execution of a guide for the disabled at a public utility building, therefore the records should be taken into account.
