Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of an emergency power supply for the Municipal Office building at ul. T Kociuszki 17 in Szczawno-Zdroj as part of the investment project titled Construction and modernization of facilities under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025 2026.2. The subject of the order includes deliveries and installation of the power generator along with the LV cable line and connection to the internal installation of the office.3. The ordering party requires that the delivered unit be brand new and comes from current production, i.e. the year of production no earlier than 2024. The unit must have a factory number and the EU Declaration of Conformity, authorizing the product to be marked with the CE safety mark, and must be marked with this mark.4. The subject of the order will be performed in accordance with the Specification of Terms and Conditions (SWZ), Project Documentation and the provisions of the Draft Agreement, as well as in accordance with any changes agreed with the representative the Ordering Party, applicable technical and construction standards and technical knowledge. 5.
