Description:
1. Task No. 1: Construction of a 0.4 kV lighting cable line Sycewice ul. Sportowa, Poprzeczna, together with the preparation of post-construction geodetic inventory and acceptance documentation.2. Each Task is the construction of a linear object, which includes: 1) digging ditches, 2) laying a jacking network, 3) laying multi-core cables,4) laying earthing,5) laying PVC protective pipes,6) installing foundations, poles, booms and fixtures,7) installing installations inside the poles,8) backfilling ditches,9) carrying out tests,10) preparing as-built documentation.3. The ordering party indicates that the subject of the contract (separately for each Task) is to perform construction works and prepare documentation specified in this contract.4. The subject of the order was described in detail in points 1 and 2 and in accordance with Art. 103 of the Public Procurement Law for the assistance of design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ.
