Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of an entertainment and sports hall in Białystok.
2. The scope of the order implemented in the design and build formula includes:
1) performance of construction works pursuant to final decision No. 230/2024 of May 31, 2024, reference number DUA-XIV.6740.72.2022, allowing construction of an entertainment and sports hall building with a building area of 19,528.00 rn2 and a cubage of 294,246.00 m3, including landscaping, 397 parking spaces, construction of external installations: area lighting and stormwater drainage, cable ducting, sewage network rainwater, 3 underground stormwater sewage tanks, 1 underground sprinkler water tank, 1 underground gray water tank and a container transformer station, as well as for the demolition of the existing area lighting installation, on part of the plot with registration number gr. 1/49, within the register. 22 - Krywlany, in Białystok at ul. Dywizjonu 303, subject to point 5 below, in accordance with the design documentation approved above. decision (Annex No. 9 to the SWZ);
2) preparation of complete, multi-discipline design documentation prepared by the Contractor, including construction works described in functional and operational program (hereinafter: PFU), constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, and their implementation after the prior written approval of the Ordering Party in terms of compliance with the functional and operational program.
