Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of a firewall system protecting and separating the Data Center environment from other parts of the network (delivery with implementation).
After concluding the contract (drafted provisions of the contract regarding public procurement constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ) it will constitute an annex to the contract.
214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act.
4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the Contractor carrying out an on-site visit and inspection documents necessary for the execution of the order referred to in Art. 131 section 2 of the Act.
5. The Ordering Party informs that the remuneration is financed from European Union funds under the National Reconstruction Plan and from the state budget.
6. Detailed technical information specifications of the Ordering Party's environment are confidential and cannot be made available to persons other than contractors.
7. The Ordering Party will provide information technical information regarding the detailed specification of the Ordering Party's environment at the request of the Contractor submitted via the Purchasing Platform. Application contains an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the information obtained. The application template is attached as Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.
