- 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Construction of the footbridge over the Oliwa pad between the city park and the building at
ul. Pomorska 94".
2. The construction work covered by these proceedings is part of the project entitled: "Sustainable rainwater management systemsin Gdańsk ",
reported for implementation under the European Funds program for infrastructure, climate and environment 2021-2027, priority Fenx.01 Support for Energetyka sectors
and environment from the Cohesion Cohesion Fund cohesion from the Cohesion Fund, action: FENX.01.02 Adaptation of landurbanized for climate change,
project type: Support for sustainable rainwater management systems with the participation of greenery/green-blue infrastructure/solutions based on
nature (disc).
3. The material scope of works includes all works, activities and works necessary for the performanceinvestment tasks, in particular the following elements:
1) securing the existing greenery,
2) demolition of the existing footbridge,
3) construction of a new footbridfield,
6) construction of new off -road stairs along with a driveway for prams on the north side and the construction of new off -road stairs on the south side,
