The subject of the order is the construction of a forest road No. 5 in km 0 + 000 - 4 + 974.30 in forestry Menurina Great Stage II is 2.1. Culverts under the road crown 2.2. Foundation 2.3. Surface 2.4. Assembly works 2.5. Budownicular service The scope of the subject of the order was additionally described in the design documentation, technical specifications for the implementation and emergency of works, sequestration of works and a construction permit No. 528/2018 which are attachments to this SWZ. NOTE The technical documentation constituting an attachment to this SIWZ has been developed for the purpose of reconstruction of a complete road. The Ordering Party in this order implements the second stage - stabilization of cement, implementation of substructure, surface with other assembly works. 3. Location: The road is located in the forestry Menurina Wielka in the village of MΔcina Wielka and Limesty, SΔkowa commune, Gorlicki district.
