Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of a forest road no. DR/006 in the Marcule forest area, including the construction of a section with a length from km 6+500 to km 9+026.15 as part of the implementation of stage III of the investment. The works include in particular the construction of the foundation, surface, drainage and accompanying facilities in accordance with the design documentation and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works. The order is intended to ensure proper access to forest areas and improve the conditions for forest management. The contractor will be obliged to carry out the works in accordance with the applicable construction law provisions, technical standards and principles of construction art. The investment will be carried out in areas managed by the Ordering Party, which requires adapting the organization of work to the specificity of the forest environment. The scope of the order also includes the performance of all preparatory and cleaning work necessary for correct implementation of the task. The works must be performed in a way that ensures traffic safety and minimizes the impact on the natural environment. All work should be completed within 24 months from the date of conclusion contracts.
