Description:
1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. I.4 to the SWZ and in the documentation included in Appendix No. I.7 to SWZ.2. Due to the complicated conditions in the field, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to, before submitting the offer, under pain of rejection of the offer, pursuant to art. 226 section 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Law, will carry out a local inspection of the area covered by the procurement. The on-site visit will take place in the presence of the Ordering Party's representative from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on December 22, 2025 at the investment site at ul. Przylep - Skokowa w Green Game. The on-site visit and the presence of the Contractors' representatives will be documented by the Ordering Party's representative and will constitute proof of compliance with the above requirement by the Contractors who submitted offers. From the obligation to make a vision Local exemption applies to Contractors who completed an on-site visit on December 1, 2025 as part of a similar public procurement procedure (ref. No. AZL/2/2025). 3.
