Description:
The subject of the fall is the construction of a free-standing check-up building for the Lessing Chrusty Lessing, located on the Audit Office with the registration number 575 in the Moczydido, registration unit of the Great KSI, including the implementation of internal water and sewage installations, central heating, central heating, electrical, as well as the external section of the sanitary sewage system to the existing household sewage treatment plant and an external power line (WLZ) and watercraft. The scope of work includes also land development, including leveling of the area, hardening and access, performance hardening of the area in front of the building to 4 parking spaces (including one for non -firm osb) and the construction of a ramp for non -firm at the entrance to the facility. The drainage of rainwood from the roofs with a gutter system to green areas is also expected. The building has a rectangular projection with a gable roof, with dimensions with warming 5.70 m9.20 m, one above -ground floor, building surface 52.44 m 2, usable surface 34.64 m2 and gross cubature 242.05 m3.
