Konkts description of the subject of the skew: 1. The subject of the fall includes a one -story building, a free -standing outbuilding with an area not exceeding 35.00 m2, connected to the activities of the court -park complex in Jastrzbie, commune Lipno with the number 255/1 Obrb Jastrzbie, Lipno commune (0408062), Lipnów poviat, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, 2. The project includes a building building, with dimensions in a projection of 7.70 x 4.50 m and high 4.80 m, made in traditional brick technology, not basement with a non -like attic. It will be a free -standing object in the architectural form, which transports to the existing building with a gable roof, covered with steel panels. The roofing structure was designed as a wooden. The block and the colors of the building were designed as traditional, adapted to the surrounding buildings, including to the existing PAAC building. The function of the object will be typically economic, where outdoor furniture and garden tools will be stored in winter. Through the use of traditional materials (with technical approvals), the requirements of which we refer to art. 5, paragraph 1 of the Construction Law.
