Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of a garage building with social facilities, stage III. The investment includes, among others: 1) finishing works in the building, floors in the garage and social areas, door and window joinery, plasters, 2) hardening and fencing of the area hardening the area with concrete cubes ~325.00 m2, fence, construction of entrance gates, 3) construction of electrical and lighting installations, 4) construction of an RG switchgear, 5) construction of a lightning protection system, 6) construction of water and sewage installations - internal and external, 7) white assembly with fittings, 8) heat source, heat pump, 9) underfloor heating installation + electric radiators, 10) mechanical and gravity ventilation. The detailed scope of the order and the terms of implementation are specified in the documentation design (including technical designs, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, bills of quantities, land development design, drawings and maps) and the contract template constituting annexes to the SWZ.
