- 1. The subject of the order are construction works related to the construction of two MV cable transmission lines in Siemianowice Śląskie from the R-104 MC-1 Switchyard located at 1 Lubiny Street to the new R-102N MC-2 Switchboard, located at 1 Konopnicka Street, according to the detailed design, constituting Annex No. 2 to the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works in the build formula, along with providing the Ordering Party with as-built documentation and carrying out all activities enabling the use of the construction facility.
2. The planned investment is located in the voivodeship Silesia, in the city of Siemianowice Śląskie, in the area of the streets:
Olimpijska, Lubina, Kapica, Staszica, Sienkiewicza, Głowacki, Piastowska, Konopnicka
3. The parameters of MV cable lines are as follows:
•voltage 6.3 kV,
•20 kV cable,
•cable type 3 x XRUHAKXS 1 x 240 mm2,
•the length of each cable line is approx. 2200 m,
•laying of cable lines: in the ground.
1) The contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ and in the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works Construction (STWiORB) constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
2) The subject of the order should meet the requirements contained in the currently applicable regulations, in particular the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law and the implementing acts to this Act.
