- 1. The subject of the order for the General Contractor includes:
a) Implementation of the project consisting in the construction in the "design and build" formula of an energy facility consisting of four cogeneration units and auxiliary installations and devices located in the new building. The planned investment will be located in Siemianowice ΕlΔ skie at ul. Olympica 14. The Ordering Party has a set of final administrative decisions necessary for the implementation of the investment, i.e.: a decision on a building permit and a decision on the environmental conditions for the implementation project, and they are of an illustrative nature - the Contractor may adapt them for the needs of the Investment. The new technological system is intended to replace the existing hard coal-fired heating plant consisting of two water boilers in the future, after further expansion of the installation. type WR-25 and WWCW. What is important in this topic is the fact that during construction, existing heat sources will be exploited. Currently, the Investor cannot determine the date of decommissioning and liquidation of coal-fired boilers. The current procedure, the installation of four cogeneration engines, is described as a first stage of the investment aimed at eliminating coal sources in favor of high-efficiency gas cogeneration and creating an energy-efficient heating system.
