1 relying on the construction of a housing complex in a group building, which is closed with 23 two -storey segments and a one -story man with thermal pattern i Electric switchgear with external installations: sanitary sewage system, rainwater sewage system, WLZ, external lame installation. 2. Claim should be carried out according to Formula design and build: 1) Stage I - implementation of a technical design in accordance with the acts of July 7, 1994. Law Construction (Journal of Laws of 2025, items 418, 1080) and the regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 Wierz 2020 on a detailed scope and form of the construction project (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679 of 2023, item 2405) based on an architectural and construction design, for which permission was obtained for which construction of other necessary project documentation, STWIORB, investor/offer cost estimates based on PFU together with obtaining relevant permits/ZGD/Lack of opposition (if it is).
