Description:
The subject of the order is the comprehensive implementation of a construction investment consisting in the construction of a hangar with social and office space, along with all internal and external installations and accompanying infrastructure. The implementation includes in particular: 1. earthworks, foundation, structural;2. assembly of the steel structure, walls and roof of the hangar part;3. construction of the social and office part using traditional technology;4. execution of all internal and external installations;5. execution of special installations (SSP, CCTV, KD, BMS, SSWiN);6. execution of pneumatic installation;7. implementation of land development, including roads, squares, sidewalks;8. full interior finishing;9. interior visualizations for the Ordering Party's approval; 10. as-built documentation;11. performing commissioning and tests all installations;12. staff training;13. obtaining a valid use permit.
