- Subject of the contract: includes the construction of the headquarters of the Special School Complex Saint. Father Zygmunt Gorazdowski in Krzyżowice, commune Kobierzyce at ul. Ogrodowa (hereinafter the ZSS), i.e. the education and sport building - a special school with a gym, with a mezzanine and rehabilitation rooms -ensuring the education of children and youth in the field of Special Primary School (SP) for children with moderate and significant intellectual disabilities, the Special High School (LO), along with the sports infrastructure: a multi -functional field, a treadmill with a hill, gymexternal, land development and necessary technical infrastructure, connectors: water supply, sanitary sewage and external water and sewage installation, rainwater and power sewage system, removal of network collision including a collision of the teletechnical network, electricity, electricitySN and NN, relocation of the tray. The scope of the subject of the contract also includes the required conservation decision archaeological supervision. Technical solutions of investments regarding the school building provide for the use of modern technologies dedicated to intelligent and low -emission buildings,energy -saving, environmentally friendly and users. As part of land development, including execution of several dozen parking spaces, including coaches, a full -size sports field, a playground, a sensory garden.
