Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works including the task entitled: "Construction of the Health Clinic Complex in Reguły". The attached design documentation covers the construction of a complex of three public buildings. Building A - health clinic building with a separate function for pharmacy and fitness. Building B - building of the Municipal Social Welfare Center - (GOPS); Building C - support building of the Municipal Social Welfare Center (GOPS) with respite apartments, parking spaces, elements of small architecture, internal gas installation and two tanks retention. Implementation in Stage I - building A, Stage II - building B, C on plot no. 633/4; 634; 635/4 precinct 0013 - Rules in Michałowice.
The subject of this procedure is the implementation of Stage I, i.e. building A, which is a health clinic building with a separate function for a pharmacy and fitness center. with external installations, technical infrastructure and partial development.
The subject of the order does not include Stage II - construction of buildings B, C, plot no. 633/4, 634, 635/4, precinct 0013 - Rules in Michałowice.
